Alfred L. Cralle

1819-1918

Alfred L. Cralle made and designed an ice cream scoop that was better and efficient. The ice cream scoop design made the ice cream stick less.
Alfred L. Cralle was born on September 4, 1866 in Virginia. He attended Wayland Seminary. In 1897 he created a ice cream scoop that was more efficient. He got married on September 20, 1900 and had 3 children. Alfred died on May 6, 1919 in Pittsburgh, PA in a traffic collision.
