Anna Mangin was borned in Louisiana in October of 1854. She invened the pastry fork in 1891. She received a patent fpr her design in March 1th,1892. She was one of few blacks to receive a patent for her invention of the pastry fork. Anna Mangin died in March 1th 1931.
