Anna Mangin

New York | 1819-1918

Anna Mangin was borned in Louisiana in October of 1854. She invened the pastry fork in 1891. She received a patent for her design on March 1, 1892. She was one of few Blacks to receive a patent for her invention. Anna Mangin died in March 1931.
