B. Smith

Smith, a former model-turned-restaurateur, was known for her eponymous restaurants. While all B. Smith locations have closed, her name lives on in a line of housewares and olive oil, and in several books on cooking and entertaining, including B. Smith Cooks Southern Style in 2009.
