Bernard Carmouche

Carmouche started out as a teenage dishwasher at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans and eventually became the culinary director of Emeril Lagassé’s Florida restaurants. In 2017, he opened Muddy Waters, an island-inspired seafood restaurant.
