Desiree and Raymond Robinson

The Robinsons launched Cozy Corner in 1977. The Memphis, Tennessee, barbecue spot is known for its Chicagoan, aquarium-style barbecue pit and sliced (instead of chopped) pork. Since Raymond’s passing in 2001, 82-year-old Desiree leads 10 family members in running the business.
