Leni Sorensen

Dr. Sorensen is a food historian and expert in eighteenth and nineteenth century cooking practices. A former African American Research Historian at Monticello, Sorensen teaches home provisioning and rural life skills at Indigo House, her farmstead in Albemarle County, Virginia.
