Ed Mitchell

Mitchell is an eastern North Carolina pitmaster famous for his whole hog barbecue, a culinary art form that’s been in his family for over 150 years. Along with his son Ryan, Mitchell works with natural hog producers to sell barbecued free-range, grass-fed hogs via mail order.
