Francois Kwaku-Dongo

New Canaan, Connecticut | 1992

Kwaku-Dongo is the culinary director of the first African bean-to-bar chocolate company. Born in Côte d’Ivoire, he was the executive chef at Spago in 1992, where he cooked for Miles Davis and Nancy Reagan. He is the executive chef of the Roger Sherman Inn in New Canaan, Connecticut.
