Inez Hill and Louise Hudson

In 1959, business partners Inez Hill and Louise Hudson opened H and H Café in downtown Macon, Georgia, where they served dishes such as fried and smothered chicken, baked ham, snap beans, and cobbler. They gained international acclaim when the Allman Brothers Band praised their food.
