Jessica Craig

Craig is one of the top Black female pastry chefs in the country. Born and raised on Long Island, New York, to Jamaican parents, she supervised pastry programs in restaurants in the Hamptons and Brooklyn before joining L'Artusi as the executive pastry chef in 2017.
