Klancy Miller went to Columbia University and worked in international development in French Polynesia. Klancy was hired by Le Cordon Bleu Paris to join the recipe development team. Klancy also earned a Diplome de Patisserie at the Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
Klancy Miller was a commentator on the cooking channel show Unique Sweets and has been a contributor to the online magazine Food Republic. Klancy Miller was featured on a Food Network's Recipe for Success in an episode about American Culinary Professionals.
