Leona Victor

Victor was the Creole chef at Corinne Dunbar's, the legendary New Orleans, Louisiana, restaurant open from 1935 to the 1970s. She created most of the dishes for which the restaurant was famed, including Oysters and Artichokes Dunbar and Dunbar's Banana Beignet.
