Matt Horn

Horn is the pitmaster of Horn Barbecue, a pop-up eatery in Northern California’s Bay Area. He has built an audience for his Central Texas style of smoked meats with an emphasis on Southern flavors by hosting live-fire events at breweries and abandoned service stations.
