Mohican Hill

Hill, a free Black man from Nashville, Tennessee, brought fine dining to Denver, Colorado, with his Stone Restaurant. He later worked as the head chef at the Bon Ton Restaurant, which was said to have the best wine list between St. Louis and San Francisco.
