Nat Fuller

Charleston, South Carolina | 1827

Fuller was a restaurateur in Charleston, South Carolina, trained by Eliza Seymour Lee. He was known for large-scale catering for high society groups and events. In 1865, Fuller hosted a feast for Black and white diners to mark the end of the Civil War and the demise of slavery.
