Nathaniel Burton

Burton, a New Orleans chef from McComb, Mississippi, worked his way up from busboy and dishwasher to lead the Caribbean Room kitchen at the Hotel Pontchartrain for 20 years. He was also the executive chef of Broussard's Restaurant in the French Quarter. He co-authored Creole Feast.
