Nicole Taylor

When Taylor became the executive food editor at Thrillist in 2019, she was one of the few Black women to lead a mainstream food publication and the first in digital media. An Athens, Georgia, native living in Brooklyn, New York, her Up South Cookbook plays with classic Southern recipes.
