Patrick Clark was a chef. His first restaurant was called 'Metro' and it was a mix of fine-dining and bistro. He was also the first African American to win the award "best chef" from the james beard foundation! He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, NY.
25 years after his death, his family members still make his dishes on holidays! He was known for his BBQ steak, baked beans, and spoon bread! So many people enjoyed his dishes!
