Patrick Clark

Patrick Clark was born in Brooklyn, NY. When He was nine he was determined to make the perfect cheesecake. Patrick won the 1994 James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef: Mid Atlantic region. He died from a rare blood disease on February 11, 1988.
