Patrick Clark

Brooklyn, New York | 1919-Present

Chef Patrick Clark born in 1955 and died in 1998 was raised in Canarsie, a Brooklyn neighborhood and the 1st African-American to win a James Beard Award. He was an executive chef at the Hay-Adam Hotel and was even offered a position at the White House as an executive chef.
He is also in the African American chefs hall of fame.
