Preston Clark

1919-Present

Preston Clark's father was Patrick Clark. Patrick Clark was the first African American man to win a James Beard Award. Preston Clark carried on his father's legacy and now is the executive chef of Lure Fishbar in NYC. He loves to cook seafood and was raised to eat all types of different foods including Thai, Greek, etc.
