Raymond Mohan

New York | 1919-Present

Raymond Mohan is the executive chef at Lolo's Seafood Shack. He has created variety of nostalgic offering from island styled BBQ. He grew up in Guyana and then moved to the States. He completed his culinary degree at the New York restaurant school. He also worked at Douglas Rodriguesz Patrica, Auarella taps before Lolos. He and his partner Leticia Young opened Lolo's in winter of 2014.
