Sherman Crayton

Crayton was a renowned New Orleans, Louisiana, chef who worked his long way to the top starting as a dishwasher in 1936. By 1940, he led the kitchen at Arnaud’s. In 1963, he became the chef at the Vieux Carré Restaurant.
