Tom Bullock

In 1917, Bullock published The Ideal Bartender, the first Black-authored cocktail book, which featured recipes for drinks such as the BloodHound. He bartended at Louisville’s Pendennis Club and on a railroad club car before settling at the St. Louis Country Club.
