Carson Gulley

Madison, Wisconsin | 1953

Gulley was head chef at the University of Wisconsin–Madison from 1927 to 1954. There, he trained chefs and developed a cooking course for the university. A trailblazer on local television and radio, Gulley and his wife Beatrice hosted “What’s Cookin?” on WMTV for nearly 10 years.
