Clayton Triplette

Triplette worked as an assistant and housekeeper to James Beard for 30 years, and several of his recipes can be found in Beard’s cookbooks. After Beard’s death, Triplette remained the house steward for the James Beard Foundation, where a scholarship is named for him.
