Wade is president of Union Square Hospitality Group and leads an executive team overseeing 20 restaurants, including Gramercy Tavern, Maialino and Blue Smoke. The Pennsylvania native previously spent 17 years at Darden Restaurants, which holds a portfolio of 17,000 restaurants.
