In 1985, Catfish Corner opened in Seattle’s Central District, where the Jacksons were known to fry up filets with sides of garlic hushpuppies. Today, a spinoff is run by grandson Terrell Jackson, who fries Mississippi-raised catfish in the same neighborhood where it all began.
