Edgar “Dooky” Chase Sr

Edgar "Dooky" Chase was born on March 23, 1928 in New Orleans. Dooky's parents, Edgar and Emily Chase started a sandwich shop. Eventually, Dooky and his wife, Leah took over and worked there, helping the civil rights movement and serving people like Beyonce until he died in 2016
