Eliza Seymour Lee

Lee was born free in Charleston, South Carolina, to Sally Seymour. She followed in her mother’s footsteps as a pastry chef, caterer, and culinary instructor who trained a generation of Charleston chefs. Lee also ran four successful hotels with her husband John Lee.
