George Crum

Saratoga Springs, New York | 1819-1918

George Crum was waiting at a restaurant. He was serving a customer french fries, but the customer complained that the french fries were too thick. George then sliced them really thin, fried them, and brought them back. The customer loved them! These are potato chips.
