John Young

Young was a Baltimore caterer and wholesaler famous for his diamondback terrapin. At 17, he left Rappahannock, Virginia, and became a waiter and cook at elite Baltimore clubs. He later opened his own catering business and shipped diamondback terrapin around the world.
