Kevin Mitchell

Mitchell became the first African American Chef Instructor at the Culinary Institute of Charleston in 2008. His study of the history of African Americans in the culinary industry led him to recreate an 1865 banquet held in Charleston by renowned chef and caterer Nat Fuller.
