Kimberly Brock Brown

Brown, a pastry chef from Maywood, Illinois, has worked all over the South. In 2017, she became the first African American woman to be elected to the American Culinary Federation board. Now living in Charleston, she wrote Here I Am! an account of being a Black chef.
