Kwame Onwuachi

Onwuachi's work celebrates Afro-Caribbean cuisine. In 2017, he created Kith/Kin in Washington, DC, and worked as the restaurant's executive chef. A native of The Bronx, New York, he was named to the 30 under 30 lists by both Zagat and Forbes and released a memoir, Notes from a Young Black Chef, in 2019.
