Mariya Russell

Russell is chef de cuisine of sister restaurants Kumiko and Kikko in Chicago. In September 2019, she became the first African-American female chef of a Michelin-starred restaurant, Kikko.
Russell's impressive culinary experience includes work in Chicago kitchens of Green Zebra, the Bristol, Nellcôte, and Senza, to name a few.
