Mavis-Jay Sanders (MJ)

Sanders supports many Black and Latinx students in pursuing restaurant careers as the director of operations for Brownsville Community Culinary Center in New York. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she cooked at Blue Hill Stone Barns and Untitled in New York City.
