Patrick Clark

New York City, New York | 1919-Present

Patrick Clark was a phenomenal chef. He opened his own restaurant in NYC, called Metro. He was born on March 17, 1955 and died on February 11, 1998. He was almost chosen to be the chef for the White House, but he turned it down. He also wanted to be a role model for new chefs.
He was known for his style of contemporary cuisine, which set him apart from other culinary artists.
