Preston Clark

Clark has been the executive chef of Lure Fish Bar in New York and Miami since 2014. The son of chef Patrick Clark, he was practically raised in the kitchen. His formal training was followed by work at Jean-Georges Vongerichten, El Paseo, and Aquavit.
