William Chaney

Chaney worked at Charlie Bryant’s (later Arthur Bryant’s), moving from dishwasher to pit builder. He built many of Kansas City’s major pits, including those at Jack Stack locations, LC’s Bar-B-Q, Winslow’s BBQ, and Smokehouse.
