Owner and Executive Chef at Virtue Restaurant & Bar in Chicago, Chef Erick Williams is committed to giving back to the neighborhood of Hyde Park on the south side of Chicago, with events and meals that reflect a contemporary take on the food he ate growing up. Extensions and iterations of food that is both historical and contemporary, Erick Williams makes meals at Virtue, true celebrations and reflections of African-American and modern American cuisine.
