Martha Lou Gadsden

Gadsden founded Martha Lou's Kitchen in Charleston, South Carolina, in 1983. She sold hot dogs and soda before gradually expanding to dishes such as okra soup, beef stew, fried chicken, and chitterlings as her business grew.
