Will Allen

Allen is an urban farmer and founder of the now-closed Milwaukee nonprofit Growing Power, which brought composting, mentorship, job training, and hands-on workshops to underserved communities. The son of sharecroppers from Maryland, he was a MacArthur Fellow in 2008.
